I was asked at short notice if I would like to create some digital competencies for audit colleagues across the office. This is what I quickly produced.
See what you think, is anything obvious missing?
They are clearly not fully formed but only draft ideas were required for the moment.
- The ability to manage your online reputation
- Knowing and following NAO social media guidance (e.g. Code of Conduct and Security manual)
- Contributing to NAO digital channels/communications
- Being able to use social media and other online tools to monitor/research clients or topics
- Having a basic knowledge of the key social networks.
- Having a basic knowledge of the principles of digital engagement and online community management
